Kapi in the Hot Sahara
From the green meadow straight into the desert! The sun burns, the sand glitters and Kapi has to keep a cool head – and keep an eye on her thermometer.
A ride on a friendly camel
Cacti grow so thick in the Sahara that no capybara could get through. Luckily a friendly camel is waiting. Kapi climbs onto its hump and rides comfortably over the whole cactus field.
Shade, water and the burning board
In the sun Kapi gets hotter and hotter. A dip in a pond or a rest in the shade of a palm cools her down. Over one long wooden board the sun burns hardest of all – the clever way is to walk underneath it, in the shade.
The pyramid and the oasis
Inside the stepped pyramid it is pleasantly cool, and a golden pharaoh mask is waiting there for Kapi. Past the last scorpion lies the oasis, where Kapi finally gets a big drink of water.
